Benji Mowbray – Director, Music and Lyrics
Benji Mowbray is the Artistic Director of The Bohemians Theatre Company as well as being a freelance Director, Stage Manager, Composer and Lyricist.
Theatre credits include: Directing: Wondertown (The Bohemians), Sundown Town (Tristan Bates) and Supernovas for Super Loners (Critical Moment Theatre), The Lady with the Lamp (Rose Bruford). Producing: Pardoned (The Other Palace), Say My Name: The Unauthorised 'Breaking Bad' Parody Musical (Theatre N16) and The Wild Swans (The Bohemians). As a Composer & Lyricist: Second Star (Infinite Arts), Wondertown (The Bohemians), La Perfection! (Book, Music and Lyrics) and The Misadventure of Pinocchio: The Radical Robot Girl! (The Bohemians). Joel Nash – Book and Lyrics
Joel is a Cornish creative who’s been working with The Bohemians since the company’s inception. He co-wrote and directed the company’s production of Pardoned (The Other Palace/Sterts Theatre). Theatre credits include: Assassins (Stratford Circus) Sweet, Getting There, An Inspector Calls, The Passenger, Romeo and Juliet (Box Clever Theatre Company), A Christmas Carol (The Egg Theatre, Bath), Wondertown (The Ugly Duck), Joan and Jim - Workshop (Told by An Idiot), Rattlesnake (Catalyst Festival), Cinderella (Hall for Cornwall).
Elliot Mackenzie – Musical Director, Supervisor and sound design.
Elliot Mackenzie is one of the founding members of the Bohemians Theatre company and is the company’s Musical Director. He is also a freelance actor-musician, musical director, composer, teacher and generally ‘arty, theatre human’ who trained at Rose Bruford College in Actor Musicianship (like many of the other founding Bohos) and The BRIT School of Performing Arts and Technology in Musical Theatre.
His Musical Director/Arranger credits for The Bohemians include: WONDERTOWN (2017, 2018) and THE MISADVENTURES OF PINOCCHIO: THE RADICAL ROBOT GIRL (2022).

Abigail Middleton – Producer and Choreographer
Abigail was a founding member of the Bohemians Theatre Company and is so excited for it to be touring Wales. Abigail’s producing credits include: Lexi at the Camden Fringe, The Misadventures of Pinocchio 2022, Assistant on The Wizard of Oz at St Helens Theatre Royal and Cabaret Bohéme at the Union Theatre. Abigail hopes you enjoy the show.
Meggie Settle – Set and Costume Designer
Having trained as a Scenic Artist at Rose Bruford College, Meggie has spent the last two years studying the MA in Design for Performance at the Royal College of Music and Drama. Her background gives her a strong understanding in construction and painting processes, allowing her to communicate across different departments, with different craftspeople. She's had the pleasure of working with The Bohemians since it came into fruition, working to create the Alice puppet from Wondertwon and designing the set for Wild Swans.
Cara Hood – Lighting Designer
Cara is a Welsh freelance Lighting Designer and Programmer. She trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where she studied Stage Management and Technical Theatre. Cara is committed to making innovative, accessible, and sustainable productions and is passionate about new writing and unconventional theatre. Cara was also one of The Association of Lighting Designers' 20:20 Lumières.
Her theatre credits include- Lighting Designer: Novacene (National Youth Dance Company), Lighting Designer: Sorter (Grand Ambition), Lighting Designer: QueerWay (LeeWay Productions), Lighting Designer: The Trial of Elgan Jones (Theatr Na Nóg), Lighting Designer: Bhekizizwe (Opera Ddraig), Lighting Designer and Technical Manager: Ballet Central 2022 Tour (Ballet Central), Lighting Designer: Shirley Valentine (Theatr Na Nóg).
Abbi Davies – Stage Manager
Abbi is a recent Bristol Old Vic Theatre School graduate and has been freelancing in stage management around Wales since she graduated. Recent credits include ASM on Verdi’s Macbeth (Mid Wales Opera) and ASM on Jack and the Beanstalk (Theatrau Sir Gar/Imagine Theatre).
Peter Mooney – Associate Producer
Pete may not look it, but he is the Grandad of the Rose Bruford Actor-Musician graduates in the Bohemians, having left there way back in 2014.
He is an Irish, Wales based actor-musician and producer. He also has a sideline in friendly freelance tax advice, called TaxBackandCraic.
As a producer, he has worked with fellow Bruford grad company The Wild and The Innocent, as well as helping to produce Iphigenia Yn Sblott and Sprinkles for the Sherman Theatre.
Actor/Musician credits include: The Commitments (West End and UK Tour), Dick Whittington, Jack & The Beanstalk (Theatr Clwyd), Romeo & Juliet , Macbeth, Midsummer Nights Dream, Just So (Watermill Theatre), Robin Hood (Liverpool Everyman) and Peter Pan, Housemates (Sherman Theatre).
